Senior Growth Marketing Manager (3D Printing)

Location: Somerville, Massachusetts, United States; on-site role.

What you will do

• Develop and execute campaigns across web, email, and other channels throughout the customer journey.
• Design programs for prospecting, lead conversion, purchase, onboarding, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Create segmented content and resources that help customers maximize the value of hirify.global products.
• Track and report retention and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with product, creative, support, and sales teams on campaigns, product launches, and customer experience.
• Test and optimize campaigns using A/B testing, data analysis, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in growth, customer, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a hardware technology company.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create compelling marketing messages.
• Experience with marketing email platforms such as Marketo or Klaviyo, CRM systems such as Salesforce, analytics tools such as Google Analytics or BigQuery, and ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
• Strong customer focus, creativity, curiosity, bias for action, and ability to execute quickly.
