Senior Manager, Global Amazon Marketplace

What you will do

• Own the global Amazon P&L across active marketplaces, including revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Define the multi-year marketplace strategy, product assortment, geographic expansion roadmap, and Seller Central versus Vendor Central approach.
• Manage the catalog and listing experience, including titles, A+ content, Brand Store, imagery, variations, and localization.
• Set Amazon Advertising, pricing, promotion, and deal strategies while protecting brand equity across DTC, B2B, and reseller channels.
• Partner with operations and supply chain on FBA/FBM, forecasting, cross-border fulfillment, inventory, and account health.
• Build the channel operating model, lead cross-functional launches, manage agencies and tooling, and oversee Brand Registry, IP enforcement, and marketplace compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing Amazon marketplaces at scale, including multi-geography or global responsibility.
• Proven ownership of a channel P&L and profitable growth, including 1P/3P, marketplace expansion, and build-versus-partner decisions.
• Hands-on expertise with Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, Amazon Advertising, Brand Registry, and A+ content.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, including unit economics, opportunity sizing, marketplace reporting, and leadership recommendations.
• Experience operating across marketplaces, currencies, localization requirements, and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, bias for action, and comfort working with ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with hardware, electronics, or considered-purchase brands.
• Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, BigQuery, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with cross-border trade, marketplace tax and compliance, and 3P/reseller dynamics.
