Senior Manager, Growth Strategy (3D Printing)

What you will do

• Own the customer lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation through purchase, onboarding, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute campaigns across web, email, and other channels to drive engagement and repeat purchases.
• Design customer journey programs and create segmented content and resources that help customers maximize the value of hirify.global products.
• Track, measure, and report on retention and engagement metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with product, creative, support, and sales teams on campaigns, product launches, and customer experience.
• Test and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in growth, customer, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a hardware technology company.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling marketing messages.
• Creative mindset, strong customer focus, curiosity, bias for action, and ability to execute quickly.
• Experience with marketing email platforms such as Marketo or Klaviyo, CRM systems such as Salesforce, analytics tools such as Google Analytics or BigQuery, and ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
