Senior QA Automation (AI)

Location: Paris, France. Permanent position with remote and hybrid work options, including three days per week at the client's office.

What you will do

• Define and execute quality strategies covering functional, regression, non-regression, integration, and relevant performance testing.
• Own test plans, release sign-off criteria, test backlogs, defect triage, and resolution tracking for several squads.
• Build, maintain, and expand automated test coverage in collaboration with the QA community.
• Ensure test environments and datasets are fit for purpose and escalate reliability issues when needed.
• Report QA status, risks, release readiness, KPIs, and technology roadmaps to delivery leads, business stakeholders, clients, and hirify.global leadership.
• Mentor and coordinate QA engineers while supporting AI-driven QA initiatives and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in QA engineering, including team coordination or lead responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on expertise with test automation frameworks and tooling.
• Experience testing large-scale e-commerce or omnichannel platforms.
• Experience with change management, team communication, training, and support.
• Comfort working with SAFe and Agile delivery models, including Epics, User Stories, Definition of Ready, and Definition of Done.
• Fluent English, with strong communication skills for translating test results into clear risk and release-readiness signals.
