TL;DR
QA Tester (FinTech) (Gherkin/Cucumber, Python/Java): Creating and maintaining test scenarios for electronic market and FinTech software releases with an accent on test execution, anomaly reporting, log analysis, and data validation. Focus on troubleshooting automated test scenarios, validating XML and JSON data with SQL, and integrating testing into CI workflows.

Location: Remote within Spain; Málaga; CET timezone

What you will do

  • Create and maintain test scenarios aligned with the latest software releases.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot test scenario execution.
  • Report and document test evidence and software anomalies.
  • Analyze logs and validate data in XML and JSON formats.
  • Work with CI workflows, source code, and test management tools.
  • Collaborate within Agile Scrum frameworks on electronic market and FinTech projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in software testing.
  • Experience with Gherkin and Cucumber.
  • Programming experience with Python and Java.
  • Competence in SQL and familiarity with databases and different data formats, including XML and JSON.
  • Experience with Jenkins, Artifactory, Bitbucket, and JIRA.
  • English at B2 level and availability to work remotely from Spain during CET hours.
