Technical Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical project delivery from approved intake through procurement, build, deployment, and closeout.
• Coordinate Procurement, Systems Engineering, IT Security Engineering, and requesting business units.
• Manage SaaS deployments and system integrations, including requirements, vendor implementation, identity provisioning, data migration, testing, and go-live.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, dependency maps, status reporting, and stakeholder communications in Jira and Confluence.
• Manage risks, issues, changes, vendors, security reviews, Change Advisory Board approvals, and compliance documentation.
• Improve delivery through intake criteria, templates, automation, reporting standards, and portfolio health metrics.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience managing technical IT projects end to end in an enterprise or high-growth environment.
• Direct experience managing procurement, sourcing, quotes, purchase orders, vendor onboarding, renewals, and third-party security reviews.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS rollouts and integrations, including SSO, SAML, automated user provisioning, APIs or middleware, and data migration.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, risk management, and process improvement skills.
• An AI-native working style is highly important.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or a high-growth technology company.
• Experience with IT service management platforms, Jira Automation, or workflow design.
