Sr Marketing Specialist (AI)

Salary: USD 64,000–87,000 annually, plus bonus or uncapped sales incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Execute integrated marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns supporting revenue growth.
• Coordinate demand-generation and content marketing programs designed to generate leads and support sales.
• Develop clear marketing messaging and campaign content in collaboration with Product, Research, Sales, and marketing teams.
• Coordinate activities with centralized centers of excellence and colleagues across business lines and regions.
• Track campaign KPIs and marketing performance, report findings, and recommend improvements.
• Communicate campaign details to Sales and build strong relationships with sales teams and regional leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or large global company environment.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing or demand-generation programs.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, email management systems, Power BI, Google Analytics, AI tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
