Account Executive, Mid-Market (AI/SaaS)

What you will do

• Own the complete sales process from lead conversion through deal closure.
• Build strategic prospecting campaigns and sequencing to generate new opportunities.
• Develop medium-sized business prospects into active hirify.global customers.
• Manage and close complex transactions involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SDRs, channel partners, sales engineers, sales leadership, and peers to improve sales effectiveness.
• Own deal reviews, forecasts, and a professional career roadmap.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
• Experience managing and closing strategic deal cycles involving multiple business units and stakeholders.
• Experience with SaaS is preferred, including UCaaS and/or CCaaS.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup.
