Technical Service Engineer (Anti-Corrosion Coatings): Providing customer-facing technical service for zinc, zinc-nickel, and other anti-corrosion plating technologies in Taiwan with an accent on process optimization, product implementation, and corrosion performance. Focus on conducting on-site trials, troubleshooting plating issues, analyzing process samples, and supporting product qualification with sales, technical, and laboratory teams.
Location: Taiwan; on-site customer visits and travel required

What you will do
- Provide technical service and application support for anti-corrosion coating products.
- Support customers with zinc, zinc-nickel, trivalent passivation, topcoat, sealer, surface conditioning, and light metal finishing technologies.
- Optimize plating processes and improve product and corrosion performance.
- Conduct customer-site visits, product trials, process evaluations, and troubleshooting.
- Collect and analyze bath or process samples as required.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and laboratory teams on presentations, training, demonstrations, product introductions, and qualification activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, technical service, or process support.
- Strong technical problem-solving, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.
- Mandarin Chinese required; English communication ability preferred.
- Experience supporting customers at their sites and willingness to travel for customer visits and events.
- Valid driver’s license, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
