TL;DR
Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor): Installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing complex semiconductor test and measurement equipment at customer sites with an accent on operational quality, system maintenance, and customer instruction. Focus on resolving technical issues, clarifying responsibility across customer support and engineering functions, and serving as the liaison between FormFactor and assigned customers.
Location: Jhubei City, Taiwan; onsite customer support required

What you will do
- Perform onsite installation of complex equipment and systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair equipment.
- Check and approve the operational quality of system equipment.
- Instruct customers on system operation and maintenance.
- Act as the liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters.
- Clarify whether issues should be handled by sales, customer support, or engineering.
Requirements
- No previous professional experience required.
- Ability to provide onsite technical support and communicate with customers.
- Ability to interpret customer needs and coordinate problem resolution.
