Executive Assistant Trainee (Human Resources)

What you will do

• Handle reception duties, greet visitors, answer phones, coordinate deliveries, order office supplies, and prepare conference rooms.
• Support employee travel reservations and review travel expense reimbursement requests.
• Help plan and execute corporate events, celebrations, conferences, and other internal or external activities.
• Respond to employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and office matters.
• Contribute to payroll preparation and maintain HR records and documentation.
• Support recruitment, employee integration, and other administrative processes.

Requirements

• BAC +1 to 2 in administration or a related field, such as a BTS or Professional License.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
