What you will do

• Own social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and relevant channels.
• Repurpose speaking engagements, influencer videos, PR, and DevRel content into social-native formats that drive reach and conversion.
• Run creative brand growth campaigns that build awareness and drive action.
• Manage content production and repurposing from briefing through publication.
• Coordinate with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Community, and DevRel to amplify reach and engagement.
• Run growth experiments and own social-attributed pipeline and audience growth metrics.

Requirements

• Experience growing an audience or channel from scratch, supported by measurable results.
• Strong understanding of distribution, funnels, systems, and growth metrics.
• Ability to use AI tools to produce, repurpose, and scale content.
• Experience collaborating across field marketing, community, and DevRel functions.
• Creative campaign development skills combined with analytical evaluation of performance.
• Comfort with developer and cloud-native ecosystems, or the ability to learn them quickly.
