Senior Java Fullstack Developer (React)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with 3 days per week at the office

What you will do

• Lead the architecture and implementation of complex full-stack features across EXPOSE and SEARCH.
• Own the IAM and SSO strategy, including Okta authorization server design, OIDC flow architecture, and per-Maison access control.
• Define React front-end engineering standards covering authentication patterns, state management, and performance.
• Drive technical discussions with architects, produce ADRs, and contribute to long-term technical roadmaps.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues across the stack.
• Lead code reviews, promote SonarQube, Snyk, and quality automation, mentor engineers, and create technical documentation.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Java and full-stack development.
• Experience with React and front-end engineering standards.
• Expertise in IAM, SSO, Okta, OIDC, and access-control architecture.
• Ability to address performance, scalability, and security challenges.
• Portuguese and English language skills.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup in Lisbon, including 3 office days per week.
