Mid-Level Fullstack Java and Angular Developer (Banking & Financial Services)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with up to 3 remote days per week

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and accessible web interfaces with Angular and TypeScript.
• Build, optimize, and secure REST APIs with Java 8, 11, or 17.
• Improve application security, performance, UI responsiveness, and secure API integrations.
• Write unit tests across front-end and back-end applications.
• Manage source control and dependencies with Git and NPM while applying CI/CD best practices.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to streamline delivery of banking applications.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience with Java and Angular.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, semantic HTML5, SASS/SCSS, and UI or unit testing.
• Experience developing secure, high-performance REST APIs.
• Solid knowledge of Git, NPM, and CI/CD tools and workflows.
• Fluent English and French at B1 level or higher are mandatory.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial or banking applications.
• Certifications or additional expertise in UI/UX design.
