Focus on assessing AI skill gaps, designing enablement programs, evaluating adoption metrics, and helping teams identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
Location: Barcelona; hybrid home-office model

What you will do
- Assess AI skill gaps and learning needs with business leaders.
- Design and deliver training curricula, workshops, and learning materials covering machine learning, deep learning, responsible AI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks.
- Create playbooks and scorecards that help business units identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities.
- Define and track adoption, maturity, and enablement effectiveness metrics.
- Support workflow redesign, process analysis, AI integration, and organizational change initiatives with the People Team.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong practical understanding of modern AI toolkits, LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs, and agentic frameworks.
- Knowledge of business process mapping, workflow analysis, automation, and organizational design.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training programs or workshops.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic, scale-oriented mindset focused on enabling teams to build and prioritize AI solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience in tech consulting, product management, or agile transformation.
- Familiarity with the European technology landscape.
- Experience with AI assistants such as Gemini.
- Curiosity about emerging AI-driven solutions and AI-enhanced problem solving.
