Localization Project Manager (Gaming)

What you will do

• Manage external localization vendors handling text translation, graphic localization, voice-over localization, and LQA.
• Support localization planning, execution, status reporting, and the gradual ownership of approximately 10–20 projects from intake through delivery.
• Coordinate localization requests from Marketing, Packaging, PlayOS, and other internal functions.
• Track schedules, risks, dependencies, deliverables, blockers, and outstanding actions using Notion and other project systems.
• Coordinate requirements, reviews, feedback, issue resolution, and escalations between internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Improve localization quality by reviewing LQA findings, identifying recurring issues, and driving corrective actions.

Requirements

• Experience managing localization projects, ideally for games, entertainment, software, or digital products.
• Knowledge of localization workflows, including translation, graphic localization, voice-over, review, LQA, handoffs, and delivery management.
• Experience managing localization vendors, schedules, deliverables, quality expectations, feedback, and escalations.
• Strong organization, communication, documentation, and stakeholder follow-up skills across multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Fluency in English and residence in Germany, France, Spain, or Italy are required.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
• Familiarity with European localization workflows and market requirements.
