Airline FTM Engineer (Planning)

What you will do

• Provide technical support within Airline Fleet Technical Management services in compliance with airworthiness and regulatory requirements.
• Create and manage short- and long-term maintenance plans and work packages for line and base maintenance.
• Monitor aircraft utilisation and schedule maintenance activities accordingly.
• Maintain accurate aircraft maintenance data in maintenance information systems.
• Support the development and optimisation of Aircraft Maintenance Programmes.
• Manage timelines across multiple projects and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of technical aviation experience in an airline CAMO, independent CAMO, aircraft manufacturer technical services organisation, or MRO.
• Strong knowledge of CAMO planning and/or Part-145 production planning procedures, records, publications, and manuals.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and simplify complex processes into technical procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft fleets.
• Knowledge of EASA and FAA regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of aircraft records, maintenance documentation, equalised maintenance, heavy maintenance checks, MPD, AMP, and MSG-3.
• Experience with AMOS, TRAX, eMRO, OASES, or similar maintenance information systems.
• Willingness to travel as required.
