Field Service Technician (Installations) – Glasgow & Scotland West, UK (Fixed-Term, Minimum 20 Hours/Week)

Pay: £17 per hour

What you will do

• Install, mount, connect, and configure camera hardware according to company standards.
• Complete overnight customer-site installations and support successful system deployment and adoption.
• Use power tools and installation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Record work performed, parts used, and time spent in company-provided tools.
• Onboard and scan products into the system while maintaining installation quality.
• Meet customer SLAs and speed and quality KPIs while communicating progress and issues to supervisors and team members.

Requirements

• Previous field technician experience, preferably in field service, installation, construction, or a related field.
• Technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Proficiency with power tools and other installation equipment.
• Physical stamina for standing and performing demanding work for periods of up to 9 hours.
• Full valid UK driving licence and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and at customer sites required.
