Portfolio Presales Engineer (Financial Crime)

Location: South Africa — Remote; must be willing to travel to customer sites 40%+

What you will do

• Provide subject matter expertise in financial crime and compliance solutions.
• Engage prospects and clients to understand technical, functional, current, and future requirements.
• Position hirify.global Actimize solutions, explain business value, and differentiate them from competing products.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to technical and senior management audiences.
• Lead proof-of-concept engagements with clients, sales, and technical presales teams.
• Complete RFI/RFP responses, communicate customer needs internally, and participate in industry events.

Requirements

• Client-facing experience delivering solutions in financial services, financial software, or enterprise software.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting business needs, and presenting solutions to senior audiences.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and communicate their value proposition clearly.
• Proven ability to solve problems and drive business success and revenue.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites 40% or more.

• Experience using or implementing Actimize financial crime products.
• Understanding of business value, business-case-driven solutions, and statistical data modelling.
• Confidence with AI, NLP, analytics, decisioning, automation, and machine learning.
• Experience with enterprise-wide case management.
