Student Worker, Business Change & Implementation

hirify.global is a European retailer and distributor of heavy building materials undergoing a large-scale digital transformation across its business units.

What you will do

• Support Change Managers in planning and delivering change activities across the transformation programme.
• Create presentations, newsletters, visual communication and other content to support adoption.
• Coordinate training activities, surveys and feedback collection.
• Prepare workshops and meetings, document outcomes and follow up on actions.
• Maintain SharePoint pages, templates, toolkits and project documentation.
• Analyse feedback, explore AI-powered tools and translate insights into practical improvements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business & IT, Digital Business, Communication, Information Science, Organisational Development, Digital Design or a similar field.
• Strong ownership, independence and reliability in managing tasks, priorities and deadlines.
• Confidence working with digital tools and systems, with willingness to learn unfamiliar tools.
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and teams.
• Positive, proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Previous student work experience.
