Marketing Manager (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Manage and deliver the annual marketing programme across the Energy and Water divisions.
• Plan and coordinate exhibitions, conferences, stakeholder events, delegate registrations, logistics, branding, and promotional materials.
• Write press releases, case studies, thought leadership content, award submissions, and social media posts.
• Create photography, video, short-form video, podcast, and multimedia content for marketing campaigns.
• Monitor marketing budgets, track costs, and produce monthly spend reports.
• Visit project sites and travel to events and other business locations as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally at Marketing Manager level.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written communication skills, including press releases, case studies, and social media content.
• Experience planning and delivering events, managing budgets, and maintaining brand consistency.
• Experience creating digital content and editing short-form video; confidence using photography and video equipment or willingness to learn.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Nice to have

• Experience in energy, water, utilities, or infrastructure.
• Understanding of the UK energy or water industries.
• Experience producing podcasts, multimedia content, award submissions, or PR content.
