Services and Solutions Manager (MedTech)

Location: Open to candidates based anywhere within the UK; approximately 80% travel across the UK required. The listed location is Wokingham, Berkshire, United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Lead Services and Solutions value deployments across strategic customer accounts.
• Manage governance and relationships with NHS trusts and private-sector organisations.
• Lead programmes and workstreams within NHS hospitals, coordinating resources, contractual commitments, and governance.
• Partner with commercial colleagues to deliver the UK and Ireland Services and Solutions strategy.
• Report progress against key performance indicators and support strategic growth through value programmes.
• Mentor and support Services and Solutions Consultants.

Requirements

• Strong track record in people management and programme leadership with demonstrated execution experience.
• Strong project management skills, including prioritising and completing complex projects to time and budget.
• Ability to engage effectively with clinical and non-clinical partners and work across cross-functional organisations.
• Experience with NHS data sources such as Hospital Episode Statistics and SUS, plus understanding of NHS reimbursement or the ability to learn it.
• Degree or equivalent experience in science, pharmacy, medicine, economics, or a related field.
• High-level English fluency and willingness to travel across the UK are required.

Nice to have

• Expertise in organisational change, process excellence, project management, healthcare management consulting, or surgical and secondary care services.
• Experience managing complex revenue-generating projects.
• Understanding of operative pathways in a hospital surgical environment.
