Data Center IT Technician (AI)

Location: Béthune, Pas-de-Calais, France. Applicants must be authorized to work in France and provide proof of employment eligibility.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced hardware issues involving servers and large-scale GPU clusters.
• Handle proactive L1/L2 support tasks through the ticketing system and execute workarounds and solutions.
• Report hardware problems and collaborate with infrastructure engineers and L3 technicians on complex diagnostics.
• Improve SLA performance, support processes, documentation, and training materials.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and support.

Requirements

• Knowledge of data centers and server equipment.
• Advanced IT hardware knowledge with practical troubleshooting experience.
• Advanced Unix/Linux and command-line skills.
• Experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis, and presentation.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Authorization to work in France and proof of employment eligibility.

Nice to have
