Digital Collaboration Workplace Expert (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and evolve the Microsoft 365 architecture across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Copilot.
• Act as the Level 3 technical reference for Microsoft 365, handling complex incidents, root-cause analysis, escalations, and recurring service issues.
• Implement governance, security, compliance, retention, DLP, access control, audit, eDiscovery, and licensing requirements.
• Prepare and secure the Microsoft 365 tenant for compliant Copilot adoption by controlling permissions, data exposure, and search behavior.
• Automate administration with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, including tenant-wide automation, CI/CD, source control, monitoring, and operational runbooks.
• Provide technical guidance across Identity, Security, Infrastructure, and Digital Workplace teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience and experience in a similar position.
• Expertise administering Microsoft 365 backends, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Copilot.
• Strong hands-on technical skills with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• University or IT Engineer school graduation.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French are required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Experience with AvePoint solutions, including Confidence Platform, Cloud Governance, and MyHub.
