What you will do
- Handle first- and second-level IT incidents and service requests.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware management.
- Administer users and groups in Active Directory.
- Manage IT procurement while keeping equipment costs under control.
- Perform basic network diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Support network security and compliance activities.
Requirements
- Initial hands-on experience in IT support through internships, training, or part-time work.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Office 365.
- Completed IT training, ongoing computer science studies, or equivalent knowledge.
- Ability to work remotely from Portugal.
