What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software technical issues.
• Administer virtualization systems, Microsoft servers, and networking services.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and backup/redundancy strategies.
• Perform system maintenance and upgrades while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide responsive support to customers in a shift-based environment.

Requirements

• 4 years of hands-on IT engineering experience.
• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of VMware, Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Familiarity with NAS/SAN protocols, networking (VLANs, Subnetting), and backup solutions like Veeam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of Identity Management, Federation Services, and MFA.
• Experience with SCCM, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, and SQL.
