Escrow Assistant (Real Estate)

Location: Juneau, Alaska, USA; in office five days per week

Salary: $20.31–$27.09 per hour

What you will do

• Support the escrow process by opening orders, entering closing statement information, and preparing closing documents.
• Assist with disbursements, follow-up, and other transaction-related activities.
• Communicate with customers and team members to keep transactions moving and provide a strong customer experience.
• Interpret agreements and learn requirements related to escrow closings.
• Use software applications and other technologies to support accurate, efficient transactions.

Requirements

• Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
• Team-oriented approach and ability to support customers and colleagues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of escrow-related experience; training is available for candidates with the right mindset.
