Senior Business Systems Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Toronto, Canada; flexible hybrid work model. hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity is required.

Salary: CAD 120,000–135,000 annually, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Engage stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, processes, policies, and controls.
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
• Map current-state and future-state processes, identify gaps and automation opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Define how systems should support business processes and evaluate configuration, customization, or new functionality.
• Support development activities, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, scope changes, and solution reviews.
• Develop test scenarios, support system integration testing and UAT, validate delivered solutions, and help resolve defects.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience translating between business stakeholders, developers, architects, and technical teams.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, manage conflicting requirements, and obtain stakeholder approval.
• Experience with requirements documentation, process diagrams, decision logs, and system documentation.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
• Successful completion of applicable pre-employment background checks.
