Process Improvement & Automation Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Analyze administrative and business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement workflows with Microsoft Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into practical automation solutions.
• Support the adoption of AI-enabled tools in everyday business processes.
• Monitor workflow reliability and performance while driving continuous improvement.
• Create process documentation, user guides, and training materials, and support users of automated processes.

Requirements

• Experience in process improvement, business process analysis, or workflow optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience documenting processes and creating clear procedures.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, Power Platform AI capabilities, or other generative AI solutions.
• Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or an international business environment.
