What you will do

• Provide email and chat support to Spotify users without handling phone calls.
• Answer how-to and frequently asked questions.
• Assist with account management and payment-related issues.
• Guide users through troubleshooting steps with clear and patient communication.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Requirements

• German at C1 level.
• English at C1 level.
• Valid EU work permit required for work in Bulgaria.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
