TL;DR
Support Associate (Logistics): Processing incoming live chats from customers, venues, and courier partners with an accent on delivery operations and market support. Focus on ensuring smooth logistics flow and providing high-quality service for the Czech and Slovak markets.
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia. Must be able to work from the office for the first 2 weeks of training
Salary: 1,340€ brutto / month

What you will do
- Process live chats from customers, venues, and courier partners.
- Collaborate with the support team and other departments to develop the support function.
- Monitor and ensure smooth delivery operations for restaurant and retail partners.
- Provide dedicated support for the Czech and Slovak markets.
Requirements
- Fluent in Slovak language.
- Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2).
- Experience in a customer-facing or logistics role.
- Ability to work shift patterns including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Able to start working from August 2026.
