TL;DR
Support Associate (Logistics): Processing live chats and supporting delivery operations for customers, venues, courier partners, and restaurant and retail partners in the Czech and Slovak markets with an accent on customer communication, multitasking, and shift-based service coverage. Focus on resolving operational support requests, developing the support function, and maintaining smooth delivery operations across morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
Location: Remote after one day of training in the Bratislava office; supporting the Czech and Slovak markets. Available to start from October 2026.
Salary: €1,270 gross per month as the fixed wage component.

What you will do
- Process incoming live chats from customers, venues, and courier partners.
- Support restaurant and retail partners and help delivery operations run smoothly.
- Support customers and partners in the Czech and Slovak markets.
- Develop the support function together with the Support team and other teams.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role and a strong service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills with a personal touch.
- Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused, team-oriented, and proactive approach to challenges.
- Fluent Slovak and professional working proficiency in English at minimum B2 level.
- Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts between 7:00 and 1:00, seven days a week.
