What you will do

• Initiate purchase orders according to requisitions, standard procedures, and technical, pricing, and delivery requirements.
• Confirm deliveries, monitor supplier performance, and track compliance with purchase order requirements.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and renew price lists and commercial terms.
• Propose and implement approved frame agreements.
• Verify supplier capacity, identify new suppliers, and evaluate market bids for optimal value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• Ability to communicate in English and Italian.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and task-management skills.
• Previous experience in product engineering, supply chain, or purchasing is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAP and mechanical technologies used in industrial processes is advantageous.
