Location: Peschiera Borromeo, Milan, Italy; onsite, no remote work

Salary: €33,900–€38,700 gross per year

• Supervise operatives and drivers during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate team activities and manage staffing time effectively.
• Plan and execute actions to achieve service-level targets.
• Communicate business goals and service objectives to the team.
• Ensure safe, secure, and operationally compliant working practices.
• Support consistent, fair, and motivating team management.

Requirements

• Experience managing a shift and team in a busy freight-processing environment is desirable.
• Ability to coordinate a large team and manage time effectively with attention to detail.
• Strong customer focus, energy, enthusiasm, and communication skills.
• Availability to work early morning and evening shifts.
• Good English comprehension, writing, and verbal communication skills required.
• Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office.
