What you will do

• Develop warehouse development plans, process standards, annual plans, and management systems.
• Plan warehouse layouts and equipment configuration while supporting standardization and intelligent transformation.
• Manage receiving, storage, inventory checking, and order processing across the end-to-end warehouse operation.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, turnover, labor productivity, space efficiency, and other operational metrics.
• Control warehousing costs by optimizing processes, resource allocation, and automation tool adoption.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate warehouse staff while managing safety, compliance, emergencies, and cross-department coordination.

Requirements

• Experience managing warehouse operations and end-to-end goods handling processes.
• Ability to develop warehouse plans, layouts, process standards, and operational management systems.
• Knowledge of inventory accuracy, turnover, labor productivity, space efficiency, and cost control.
• Ability to lead warehouse recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and organizational improvement.
• Ability to establish safety management systems, handle major exceptions, and maintain warehouse compliance.
• Ability to collaborate with logistics, sales, and other supply chain functions.
