Supply Officer (Aerospace)

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model when possible

What you will do

• Place purchase orders and maintain accurate order data throughout the ERP lifecycle.
• Coordinate material deliveries between manufacturing units, programs, quality, logistics, and suppliers.
• Monitor receiving, workshop, and shipping performance while prioritizing urgent requests and resolving disputes.
• Work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to mitigate supply risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage inventory levels and bidirectional logistics flows, including returned parts, quotes, and teardowns.
• Analyze supply chain KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives to maintain supply continuity.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Professional experience in supply chain management, preferably in aerospace or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of MRP and ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or equivalent, written and spoken.
