Project Engineer Internship (Logistics)

Location: Mataró Business Center, Spain; onsite at the distribution center

Salary: €1,200 per month

What you will do

• Lead specific project workstreams from concept through execution.
• Participate in engineering and construction projects within the distribution center.
• Support the implementation of technologies, equipment, infrastructure improvements, and workplace safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations teams, contractors, suppliers, technical experts, and site leadership.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and performance indicators.
• Present recommendations and results to business leaders while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and excellent communication skills in English.
• Available for at least 6 months, full time, 8 hours per day, onsite.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
• Interest in engineering, innovation, continuous improvement, and learning.
