UABOS Spain: WRM-AGE Tool Crib/TMDE-PMEL/HAZMAT-Material Control Specialist

Location: Morón Air Base, Spain; the role requires work in an active flightline and industrial environment.

What you will do

• Manage daily inventories, inspections, accountability, and replacement of Composite Tool Kits, special tools, and equipment using TCMax or equivalent systems.
• Administer Foreign Object Damage prevention and the USAF Rag Control Program in accordance with DAFI 21-101.
• Monitor the local PMEL program through USAFE/Ramstein Air Base and track TMDE calibration schedules using PAMS and TCMax.
• Order HAZMAT through HAZPHARMACY and manage hazardous-waste accumulation, storage, and turn-in through the full lifecycle process.
• Maintain Safety Data Sheets, provide chemical hazard training, and support purchasing, logistics, tool control, and workplace safety.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent and at least four years of experience in logistics, tool and parts management, hazardous-material control, or a related field.
• Experience with automated inventory or asset-tracking systems such as TCMax, PAMS, or an equivalent logistics database.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds unassisted and stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Heavy-equipment towing experience or forklift certification for equipment up to 10,000 pounds.
• WRM experience or experience supporting military aircraft base operations.
• Hands-on experience with TCMax, PAMS, HAZPHARMACY, USAF supply procedures, or aviation safety standards.
• HAZWOPER or other hazardous-material handling certification.
