Solution Architect - Client Reporting (Sigma)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Sigma-based analytics and client reporting solutions, from discovery workshops and architecture design through testing and knowledge transfer.
• Design semantic layers, data models, dashboards, reports, data platforms, pipelines, and integrations.
• Define project plans, statements of work, implementation tasks, budgets, and governance processes.
• Communicate project progress and requirements with clients and internal project teams.
• Build and mentor cross-functional teams of data engineers, analysts, and implementation specialists.
• Establish best practices for SDLC, data architecture, data migration, integration patterns, documentation, and cloud architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, business analysis, or related fields.
• Experience managing the full implementation lifecycle of client reporting or data transformation projects.
• Experience with relational data platforms, data modeling, ETL/ELT, data integration, or data architecture.
• Experience with SQL, XML, C#, .NET, or Assembly, plus advanced knowledge of scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data lifecycle management, data governance, quality frameworks, communication, and client relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sigma, including data model and workbook development, custom JavaScript and Sigma extensions, and Sigma API or SDK integration.
• Experience with Seismic, Kurtosys, SimCorp Coric, FactSet Vermilion, Assette, Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or Qlik.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile or Waterfall delivery, Scrum, CI/CD, Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Knowledge of investment management systems, financial instruments, and Front Office, Middle Office, or Back Office functions.
• Experience with asset and wealth management reporting components and professional services.
