IM Solution Architect (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Translate industrial requirements into technical specifications and clear procedures.
• Define solution architectures aligned with enterprise strategy, simplification, leading-edge capabilities, and value for money.
• Lead, coordinate, and contribute to framing studies based on business requirements.
• Contribute to projects supporting the Operations 2030+ roadmap and accompany project teams through execution.
• Build stakeholder alignment, manage expectations, and secure formal solution acceptance.
• Identify and mitigate industry-specific risks, including regulatory compliance, cyber resilience, operational safety, and technology obsolescence.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of modern architectures, system integration, ERP, and PLM.
• Ability to translate operational industry challenges into viable IT requirements; industrial experience is appreciated.
• Experience using agile frameworks together with classical planning and budgeting.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Broad and deep understanding of IT hardware, industrial applications, connectivity, and cloud technologies.
• The position is based at the Marignane industrial site in France and requires security clearance.
