Technical Leader Windchill CorePDM (H/F) (Windchill CorePDM/PLM): Leading the architecture, resilience, performance, and integration of the Windchill CorePDM application supporting helicopter product lifecycle management with an accent on high availability, observability, security, and scalable design. Focus on guiding technical teams, resolving critical production incidents, approving architectural choices, and balancing new features with technical debt.
Location: Marignane, France, in the Marseille area

What you will do
- Lead the technical direction of the Windchill CorePDM application supporting helicopter product lifecycle management.
- Design resilient, fault-tolerant architectures with high availability, scalability, monitoring, tracing, and alerting.
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance for large traffic spikes.
- Set standards for code quality, security, automation, code reviews, and technical practices.
- Work with the Product Owner, Product Manager, and Development Team to define technical roadmaps and integrate the application into the global IT landscape.
- Serve as the technical reference during critical production incidents and guide rapid resolution.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of technical and functional expertise with Windchill CorePDM and proven technical leadership experience.
- Knowledge of DevOps and Enterprise Service Bus technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English and advanced German or French.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Security clearance is required.
