Senior Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Como Office - Rehovot, Israel, or remote

What you will do

• Contribute to product strategy for customer engagement solutions.
• Define and prioritize product features with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Gather customer feedback and incorporate insights into product development.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and monitor performance metrics.
• Maintain product documentation and report on product status and results.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience delivering SaaS products.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with market research, product analytics, and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer engagement, marketing automation, loyalty, retail, or hospitality.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and data-driven product management tools.
• Product Management or Agile certifications.
