Marketing Director (Portuguese Market)

What you will do

• Own and execute the marketing strategy for the Portuguese market across demand generation, content, brand, events, and acquisition channels.
• Connect marketing activity to pipeline, demos, revenue, CAC, ROI, and other commercial KPIs.
• Lead major campaigns and identify long-term growth opportunities and investment priorities for Portugal.
• Lead, develop, and coach the local marketing team across demand generation, events, content, and brand.
• Build hirify.global’s brand, community, local content, and market presence in Portugal.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing Operations, Performance, Product, central marketing teams, agencies, freelancers, and partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience, including significant leadership responsibility for a market, business unit, or high-growth company.
• Strong experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, and revenue growth, ideally in SaaS or technology.
• Experience managing significant marketing investments and making data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing multidisciplinary marketing teams.
• Deep understanding of the Portuguese market, customers, business ecosystem, and marketing landscape.
• Fluent Portuguese and English required.
