Mid IT Systems & IAM Engineer (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid with on-site work several days a week (80%) and remote work when appropriate (20%)

Salary: €30,000–€42,800 gross annual

What you will do

• Own the Identity and Access Management architecture, including user identities, roles, positions, and directory structures.
• Design, build, and maintain automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows for high-volume onboarding.
• Manage application access, single sign-on, and identity lifecycle processes with the Support and Systems teams.
• Align access governance policies with Legal, Security, and Infrastructure stakeholders.
• Use AI tools, webhooks, REST APIs, and integration platforms to reduce manual work and optimize internal workflows.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT Systems, Cloud Infrastructure, or Identity and Access Management.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, automated provisioning, lifecycle management, and directory structures.
• Experience with modern SaaS management tools, agile methodologies, and high-volume onboarding environments.
• Working knowledge of Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, Google Workspace, and automation or integration tools.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, Bash, or Ruby on Rails.
• Fluent English and Spanish are required.
