What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end access management operations in line with the service catalogue, ITIL framework, and security policies.
• Design scalable authorization models, role-based access concepts, and streamlined approval workflows.
• Support IAM-related projects by integrating access controls into system rollouts and technology transformations.
• Advise technical teams and business units on access operations, policy interpretation, and exceptional or high-risk scenarios.

Requirements

• Recognised degree in IT or at least five years of experience as a Microsoft Active Directory System Administrator.
• PowerShell scripting experience for automation, administration, and reporting in Active Directory and access management.
• Practical knowledge of IAM concepts and solutions, including role-based access, provisioning workflows, and access reviews.
• Strong organisational skills, ownership, reliability, resilience, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• MCSA or equivalent certification.
• German language skills.
