Trainer EMEA (German Speaker)

Location: Remote from Spain; total work from home is possible anywhere in Spain.

What you will do

• Deliver Stadium webinars and manage the Engagement Academy as part of the One-to-Many client education offer.
• Train clients on the platform from both user and administrator perspectives and teach the Collaborative Learning methodology.
• Update Academy content to reflect product releases and create localized training materials.
• Analyze Academy completion rates and webinar satisfaction scores to improve the training catalog.
• Share client adoption insights with Customer Success and Product teams and contribute to the Confluence knowledge base.
• Lead improvements to the One-to-Many strategy, mentor new Trainers, and develop advanced training paths.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Trainer or in client-facing Customer Success or Customer Care.
• Strong listening, teaching, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Excellent writing, spelling, and grammar in German, English, and French.
• Proactive approach and comfort working in a results-oriented environment.
• Ability to learn and explain a software platform from user and administrator perspectives.

• Previous experience in the learning industry.
