What you will do

• Provide independent regulatory advice on mobile telecommunications at the end-user level.
• Analyze obligations affecting customers, users, numbering, access, consumer protection, resilience, and service launch readiness.
• Lead regulatory assessments for new or changed mobile connectivity propositions.
• Translate legal and regulatory requirements into business actions and implementation guidance.
• Manage stakeholder and external regulatory engagement, preparing briefings, submissions, position papers, and recommendations.
• Identify and mitigate material regulatory risks across cross-border and multi-market activities.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in mobile telecommunications regulation at the end-user level.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment on complex regulatory questions.
• Excellent written communication and evidence-based drafting skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across legal, product, technology, commercial, and external affairs teams.
• Ability to convert regulatory analysis into decisions, implementation requirements, and risk-based recommendations.
• Responsibility for regulatory compliance and maintaining a high-quality regulatory knowledge base.
