Senior Compliance Manager (FCA)

What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of the compliance framework, including policies, controls, and processes.
• Monitor FCA-related regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business.
• Lead the risk-based compliance plan and oversee monitoring and assurance activities.
• Provide practical compliance advice on regulatory requirements, new initiatives, emerging risks, and customer communications.
• Prepare compliance reports for senior management and maintain compliance registers.
• Guide Compliance team members and act as a senior escalation point for complex matters.

Requirements

• Strong experience in a compliance, risk, or regulatory role within an FCA-regulated environment.
• Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and applying them in a commercial environment.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory developments into clear, practical advice.
• Experience with governance reporting and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Degree or equivalent experience in law, finance, risk, or a related field is desirable.
