ESG Controller (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

Location: Athens, Greece; the role is also described as based in Budapest, Hungary. Hybrid working is available.

What you will do

• Integrate ESG metrics and data into financial strategy, disclosures, and corporate decision-making.
• Coordinate ESG, engineering, and finance teams across multiple countries.
• Manage the portfolio of CO2 and OPEX/CAPEX savings initiatives and strategic projects.
• Streamline ESG data collection and implement BI tools, Power BI dashboards, and action flows.
• Oversee the ESG budget, track disclosure progress, and prepare monthly and quarterly executive reports.

Requirements

• Degree in economics, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in management consulting, portfolio management, and cross-functional collaboration in multinational organizations.
• Expertise in EU Taxonomy, TCFD, and SFDR frameworks.
• Practical experience implementing BI tools, dashboards, apps, or action flows.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, self-driven, structured, and strong in communication and relationship building.
