What you will do

• Lead financial planning and analysis activities for part of the Group or a business unit.
• Deliver complex forecasting, planning, reporting, P&L management, balance sheet, investment, management accounting, and analysis processes.
• Lead a team executing Finance Planning & Reporting activities and provide insight for business strategy and decision-making.
• Review forecasts and budgets, assess financial performance, and identify anticipated risks.
• Develop stakeholder relationships and improve reporting standards and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning processes.

Requirements

• Experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and performance management.
• Ability to assess risk, regulation, and uncertainty in short- and mid-term decisions.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop experienced finance professionals.
• Ability to operate as a subject-matter expert in financial planning principles and practices.
