Director of Engineering (AI/LLM)

Location: Raanana, Israel; hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 remote days per week

What you will do

• Lead the Performance Management engineering organization and align it with company goals.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of PM microservices.
• Manage resource planning, delivery milestones, product quality, capacity planning, and operational support.
• Establish development standards, tools, and engineering methodologies.
• Integrate customer and business requirements into engineering initiatives.
• Lead a distributed team across multiple sites and recruit, develop, and retain engineering talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including SaaS products, machine learning, deep learning, and LLMs.
• 6+ years of management experience in large-scale environments.
• Expertise in data technologies and large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with agentic-driven development methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills.
